Topic: No owls

I have lived here for 6 years now, and I've never seen a damn owl. I hear owls almost every night, but I've never actually seen one.

That's weird to me somehow

Image went missingI just hit a Google search on owl cams. Currently none active. Lots of past events with multiple owl families.

@previous (B)

Their call is creepy as hell, not similar to any other bird.

The ones around here are stealthy bastards too, but you can occasionally see them on top of telephone poles in the morning.

You should set up traps, OP. Fill the entire area with them. It is the only way to prove that the owls exist.

Where do they go during the day? And I guess I could just roam the streets with night goggles one night, follow the hoot

Image went missingBirds - I live where currently there are multiple nests of Herons. Blue - White and just last week I decided to look them up on Wiki. Mention of how Hawks and Crows will dive into the nests to steal eggs. The Next day I watched this happen. Crows would dive and Heron would flap wings to drive the evader away.
