I worked three jobs all the way through college, and now I have a major in Maths, Astrophysics & Computer Science and work for the Air Force.

I spend 15 hours in class, and 30 hours outside of class doing work, writing papers, and studying, and I owe money :)
Whoever said education isn't a full time job isn't doing it right.
I'm also in the process of getting a part time job somewhere on campus.

Both of my parents worked multiple jobs to support our family and they were still chicken-scratching poor. If you honestly think that poor people don't believe in a good day's work, then my parents have proven you wrong. End of story.

Let me tell you what I think of poor students who have selected a MS or PhD degree in basket weaving or one of the languages.
Art history can be added to this equation.
I admire anyone that enjoys art and decides to pursue a degree. I would admire them MORE if they had a back up plan for gain full employment. English and other language majors. What the fuck were you thinking?
If you are in line for a huge Insurance settlement or have parents that are about to kick the bucket and leave you with a huge inheritance, your degree will leave you in the poor house the rest of your life.
