Many people call this game an illegal GTA clone, but I shit on their face. It is better than GTA (except San Andreas). You play as an english dude (or with one of the other voices if you're a faggot) and jump in front of cars. Extremely customizable. lolbud 9/10.1

It is a GTA clone really, but it's completely over the top whereas GTA has started going more towards realism.

GTA 4 is certainly a little more realistic than the ones before. No Rhino tanks, for one. Though you do get an APC in The Ballad of Gay Tony.
