My throat is sore and hurts to swallow but it feels like there's something in my throat so I can't stop swallowing. I have a headache, i feel achey all over and I feel like I'm always either too hot or too cold. I am constantly congested and can only breathe through my mouth no matter how much I blow ky nose. Also I could only sleep for like 1.5 hours at a time last night before I had to wake up and pee. I probably peed out more water than I drank yesterday. Now I feel like at any moment I could just fall over and sleep but at the same time I feel l will never sleep again because I can't lay in any position that doesn't make me swallow uncontrollably. I took dayquil at like 3 am but it didn't help.
