I had shit internet from the 90's up until like last year, consequently I missed out on every old school multiplayer game you can think of. Recently I checked out Quake Live, how in the motherfucking fuck do people play this? Jumpin' all around like crazy just firing seemingly randomly hoping for a hit... shit is crazy. I do pretty damn decent at games like Battlefield, but this Quake shit is crazy.

Any tips, or is this just a shit game?

It's pretty crazy, get good ith the railgun and play some tutorials and stick to clan arenas.
