We need smart young adults in the labor force to make up for all the people moving out of the labor force, especially with so many baby boomers retiring. Everyone moves up the ladder.
Even if that prediction is wrong, education is the best path to long-term economic success. So sorry if you lose your job to someone who can do it better, but chances are good that college graduates can't get a job because your job is secure, so you can relax. You're not the one worrying.
