No, aside from a few radical feminists, most couples agree that porn and masturbation is not cheating. In this case, however, she's making a commitment to herself, specifically making a commitment to being single. Damn man you made me look up alimony laws in North Dakota. Mixed bag of laws - however these would apply.
The marital conduct of the two spouses. The court tries to find out if there is any committed adultery, desertion or any illicit sexual behavior.
Alimony is North Dakota is rarely announced as in most cases both the husband and the wife are equally financially strong enough to maintain their standard of livelihood that he or she used to lead before the divorce.
