In the future, due to evolution, do you think we will gain a tolerance or immunity to the effects and or negative effects of alcohol.

No. Why would we? And why wouldn't have we by now? Alcohol has been around a very long time.

Humans
have gained a tolerance to alcohol. Cultures that developed largely without alcohol do not have the same tolerance as those that did.
