Alcohol doesn't make people say things they don't mean at all. It lowers their inhibitions to make then say things they normally wouldn't say. Drunk words are sober thoughts.
You shouldn't feel gutted. This girl obviously is attracted to you but suppresses it because she's in a relationship. She revealed her feelings to you when she was drunk, then later realized she shouldn't have. I'm not saying you should get your hopes up over this girl, I'm just saying that you shouldn't let it get to your self-esteem. If anything, it should boost your self-esteem.

Simple solution that will make your day.
Wait At opportune time get her very drunk. When she passes out take off her clothes & take nasty pics of her.
Next day just say you were drunk as well & sorry you put them all over the net.
