What are your opinions on it? And the fact that you can run a relatively unmodified diesel vehicle on it?

It's cool. Too bad regular diesel is more expensive than gas now (thanks to some anti-sulphur law IIRC), or this would be more popular in the USA.

It's a little odd. Diesel can be a lot more efficient and clean than gasoline in certain cases. Europe figured that out like a million fucking years ago.

Where I live several surfers have converted to bio. Current source of fuel is mostly cleaned up frying oil. We joke about the smell of French fries or KFC coming from the cars. However its NO JOKE!
