So I need a suit for prom, but don't care to spend money. Quality really isn't a concern of mine, as long as it looks nice/presentable.

Do you live near any thrift stores? Salvo Army etc etc

Often brand new clothes, because stores offload items to clear inventory and then write it off on tax's.

Once had a GF who was a shopping alcoholick. Twice a year she would empty out closet with stuff to donate & lots of never worn stuff. Tags still on. 100% brand new never worn straight to the Salvo Army or whatever.
