Definitely a Volvo 240 at least. I don't know which year model yet, but it'll be pretty old. I just need to find the right one.

Go on a Hunt. I know where you live re the Disneyland post. ASAP search out Volvo owners (older Volvo's) and find out where they get them serviced. Locate an independent mechanic who ONLY Works on Volvo's. I have a friend who does this and I know several of his clients who bring the guy food/presents/

Actually I know two dudes who do this for a living. Both come to YOU. Find someone who is highly recommended.

Hit the Car Talk web site. They list mechanics recommended by listeners.

I actually don't know. I can't even figure out if it's a spanish word or a native american word.

Anonymous D replied with this 14 years ago, 7 minutes later, 1 hour after the original post[^] [v] #318,333

@previous (Falco !PZmcClOUDk)
Native American -

Cahuenga - Tongva language (also known as Gabrielino)

Old Villages in your hood. Topanga - Notice the "ga"

Loaded with villages. I used to explore those villages.

Confluence of old or current streams made then easy to locate.

> Gabrieleño

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tongva_people

The name Gabrieleño is in reference to the Mission San Gabriel Arcángel set up by the Spanish colonists in 1771. Similarly, the Spanish referred to both the Tongva in the San Fernando Valley and the nearby Tataviam people, who spoke a different language, as Fernandeño, after the Mission San Fernando Rey de España. The name Tongva was first recorded as a self-designation of the inhabitants of the vicinity of Mission San Gabriel at the beginning of the 20th century. There is no known self-designation from times predating the 20th century. [1]

Based on where he lives. His general hood is a dry Hot HOT area. Rust is what you get in the Pacific Northwest & East coast.

North-east of him they have a huge monster storage area for older aircraft.

@previous (I)
Everything is relative. Consider a huge number of 1993 cars that were junk at less then 80,000 miles.

GEO Metro 1989 through 2001 lolonono
1995 Ford Explorer?
1997 Plymouth Prowler?

From what I've heard you just need to keep them serviced regularly or they'll break down and be pretty expensive to fix. I dunno, but I believe it.

maybe the old ones, but we have a v70 from '07 and i'm pretty sure there was only one minor thing with the electronics or something.
