I know, but as a parent you're not, and should not be, thinking about whether or not the glass will hold. The only thing you can think is "JESUS FUCK THAT LION IS GOING TO EAT MY BABY!" Irrational fear since it's ballistic glass, but I don't think any sane parent thinks "Well I think the glass will hold. I'm just gonna take a video."

I still just think it's one of those things where you're just going to react and not have time to think "oh my kid is safe because it's ballistic glass." I'd just see a lion swiping at my kid, it would make me uncomfortable seeing that, and I would want to get the kid away from there. It's rational to assume that the child is safe, yes, but it should make any sane parent feel uncomfortable enough to want to get their child away from there instead of just recording.
