Your best bet on getting high returns that are guaranteed is to open an account at a credit union that offers 5% interest. They do exist, but they will only pay high interest if you deposit something along the lines of $10,000 or more.

Not true.The stock market, since its inception, has consistently gained in value. Even despite temporary lows, it has always gone up and up.
