They just take a lot of practice. You can actually get pretty precise control once you get the hang of it. They're awesome.

Having done time in a Helicopter simulator and failing miserably, I can testify to how truly difficult they are.

No, I am not one of the guys who sells them at the mall. Besides, the ones at the mall suck and are overpriced. Newegg is really the best place to get them.
