So I know an older guy who I respect as intelligent and worldly. He's 50 something. I've always considered him something of a mentor with a good sense of what's important in life.

I recently learned he "respects and admires" Justin Bieber for "doing exactly what he wants to do in life and making a success out of it."

Now I suspect he's a pedophile. Am I stupid?

Anon here. No problem with anyone respecting a musician. His music and style is not my thing in any way shape or form.

He makes young girls happy. Happy is good. If an adult or two is happy with what he does so be it. Good for him and he is rich.
