The majority of people have a dynamic IP. Business and those who desire to use the computer as a server etc pay extra for a STATIC IP.
Since you have been having this problem for a while do this. Lots of self checking IP sites on net. Find one and take a look at your IP. You can expect changes to the last 3 digits at least once every 24 hours. Watch the inner set of digits and see if THEY Change.
Do this for a few days and report back here.
Of course if you log on and off multiple times a day you can expect a new ip (last 3 digits) just one may change.
