Ah out in the sticks somewhere. Even so if the Ringtone is a max of 30 seconds! It should download and work. IF Over 30? Iffy on that model.

Been to long since I have dealt with 2G. This much I do remember. If you float from an area with 3G to 2G and do nothing re settings with your phone? You can expect ISSUES.
AT&T on phone, should be able to walk you through setting changes you can make the phone lock on 2G only and a couple of changes that optimize the atrix.
