I did it once with one egg I felt that there was not enough egg. First one I made didn't have bacon either. First one also had blueberry eggos, which was way better, but I didn't have any for this one.

I thought about that, but the flavor is has now is amazing, and I don't want to just throw more shit into it just for the sake of throwing shit into it. I don't think the cheese will complement the sweetness of it. Despite it looking like a tub of grease they'd make on epic mealtime it has a surprisingly well-balanced flavor.

I guess I could just put cinnamon on the toast and leave out the sugar, as there is plenty of sugar in the syrup. We're talking less than a teaspoon of sugar mixed in with the cinnamon though.

It's not the sprinkle of sugar on your toast or the teaspoon of sugar in your coffee that causes diabetes. It's the 12 teaspoons of high-fructose corn syrup in one 12 oz. coke, or the 440 calories you take in by getting a Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha from Starbucks instead of just getting a regular coffee with sugar and cream (about 50 calories) or just drink your coffee black (no calories).
All this sandwich will do is make me horribly fat, which I'm not too worried about since I've been running about 6 miles a day and have no intention of having another one of these for a very long time.
