I'd want to make a penis with a pretzel type knot at the balls. Sort of like a Pretzel with a phallic segment. But I'd want it to appear to be semi-flaccid, to honor the softness of the smoke medium from which the artwork itself is expressed. And they should also be only recognizable to people who are consciously looking for them, while appearing like circles or something to outsiders. Then, they'd be optimal. Then, they'd be a thing of art. Penis art.
