It was great, then the schism happened and a lot of people split off to minichan and not long afterward tinychan died and came back as some piece of shit without Jan or On or anybody worthwhile and they stayed away from Minichan for some reason.

I used to lurk on the old Tinychan, and sometimes anon-posted on tiny.4chan, but other than that, I haven't really found a good BBS. I like it here because I can be serious, but I can also fuck around if I feel like it. Other places like to get butthurt over every little thing that isn't their way. Especially love the mods/admins here because they actually listen and have real conversations without having to be in complete control. Of course, there's always a limit to how far one can go just shitting up a place.

tiny.4chan was what brought me back to Tinychan. It was around when Kimmo started spamming 4chan with "illegal clone" messages.
