ks' message is to be productive like doing schoolwork or gaining life experience instead of wasting your time on meaningless shit like the internet

Awh, I'm just trying to make you feel better about your situation. It is important for kids your age to have friends and a social life but there is no sense in dwelling on the shit you can't change. Consider getting into some extra-curricular activities at school, or make some friends at the local gym when you go workout and gets all buffed up and shit. You're at an awkward age and many of your peers are in the same boat you are, a cellphone probably wouldn't change much for you. Get a friend with a car, maybe that's the ticket.

lol i would be careful about the last suggestion. older influences can be either good or really bad. next thing you know the poor boy will take up smoking to look cool

I'll call his dad and make sure he eats a whole fucking pack if he takes up smoking. >;/
Part of growing up is having to make those choices though, a person can learn a lot from bad friends lol. I never had to go through sitting on my thumbs as a teen, I got my first car at 14 (farmers driving permit) and never looked back. I know it's gotta suck, but it's not like he doesn't have options. Make the best of what you've got sometimes...

Exactly. He can sit at his computer all summer feeling sorry for his situation, or he can go out into the world and shake shit up.

Then you know how awful it is! Your life would be improved by the simplest of changes right now, a part-time job, a hobby outside of the house, anything man.

Mow some lawns, go to the library, take up fishing. Make a list of things you can realistically do this summer and do them! I mean, why not?!? I did a lot of fishing at your age (still do), I never really liked the fishing part of it, but walking through nature and stuff is enjoyable.

Go to your local church and see their needs and offers bulletin. Seriously. I have found many menial lawn jobs (not as bad as it sounds) and computer repair jobs through it.
