Health wise, it's no better or worse than eating a burger, fries, and soda from anywhere else. McDonalds gets a bad rap because they're the most popular, and their advertising is effective, but you can't be mad at a company for putting out effective advertising. It's like asking them to put out intentionally bad advertisements so people will choose to stop buying their product and get healthy.
In moderation, it's really not that bad. The fries and soda are the worst part of the meal, because they're pure carbs and empty calories. The burgers really aren't that bad.

I just tried to get 2 cheeseburgers and a small fry. I didn't want the fries and didnt know why I ordered them, but I was happy I did. By the time the negro staff got around to realizing my burgers had been sitting for a few minutes, they also realized they had no fries. It gave me the opportunity to get my money back.
I don't know I keep breaking my rule of never patronizing a store where there are only black employees, but it's especially stupid with fast food. Fast food employees couldnt care less to begin with. My rule isn't because of racism, but to prevent it. When it's all negroes, I always regret the experience. Now I have to take an hour convincing myself that most black people aren't lazy niggers, it's just the vast majority of blacks I interact with that are. Everyone is an individual and even extremely statistically significant consistent patterns can't dispute that.
