The story isn't quite as simple as swearing on Twitter and telling people to post poo though councillors' letterboxes, however. The blogger (whose blog You've Been Cromwelled was down at the time of writing) has a long history of dispute with Bexley Council. He was allegedly banned from attending council meetings in Bexley for six months in 2011 for "being disruptive". Shortly after this, he received a letter from his blog hosting company asking him to edit foul language on his site - which is highly critical of Bexley councillors - or have it removed. According to Spiderplantland, the hosting company said it was acting on the instructions of the Metropolitan police. The blogger then moved his site to an offshore hosting account.

Simple solution would be for the blogger to move to Google blogs

Poo qualifies as terrorism now. All monkey's fling poo when they are pissed, therefore all monkey's are terrorists.

feces is considered to be infectious and dangerous, sending it to someone is very illegal.

Of course poo is dangerous. Everything humans do is wrong and dangerous. It's original sin redux. Even something as simple as copying a DVD is wrong and dangerous. Every law the government makes is necessary and righteous simply because humans are such scum.

I bet you'd change your position if I rounded up a posse and threw poo at your house.

Terrorist!

And you'd change your position if you owned copyright to something. So what? You're basically arguing people seek to use government as a weapon in protecting their own interests. Whoa. That's fucking genius.

Then arrest all dogs and monkeys and horses. I want every horse arrested for making poo that I have stepped in over the years. All dogs must be arrested NOW.

So you support my right to throw poo at your house?

I support individual rights, which is why I own a gun. You may want to consider that before coming near my house.

You should let me throw poo at your house to defy those facist government laws, man.

Anonymous H replied with this 14 years ago, 7 minutes later, 1 day after the original post[^] [v] #311,519

@previous (G)
Or I could blow you away for doing so. But you see, no jury would acquit me on the argument that I felt physically threatened by poo. But when the government's involved, poo is a deadly weapon.

This kind of double standard is how fascism creeps in.

Anonymous G replied with this 14 years ago, 13 minutes later, 1 day after the original post[^] [v] #311,520

@previous (H)
Okay, now I'm confused. First you're outraged at the government's anti-poo laws, and now you're against protesting these laws by throwing poo at your house.

Only through action can we get rid of these facist poo laws.
