Australian Aborigines have been too primitive and remote to do anything truly evil. Same could be said upon the North American Indians, whose violence against whites was justifiable self-defense. African criminality in the West can largely be blamed upon centuries of slavery and discrimination by whites, and the failed African State blamed upon colonialism. The communist regimes of Asia were likewise enabled by white colonialism. The recent upsurge in fundamentalism and violence in the ME can also be attributed to white imperialism.
