Stop worrying so much about how much you eat man. I think that if you constantly think about eating less you eventually start to binge because you have been thinking about food all day and eventually think: "oh just one will be alright, and then you will have more"
Maybe you should try to just exercise (regularly, dont overdo it), stop drinking soda and ask your parents to get more healthy stuff. If you don't have stuff to binge on you will eventually start eating fruit and healthy stuff because you are hungry. Eventually you will get accustomed to eating healthy stuff and you will find that sugary stuff tastes pretty awful. I speak from experience, since i moved out of my parents house i just stopped buying candy and soda because i cant be bothered to get it from the supermarket. I noticed i started losing weight (i have never been fat or chubby though) when i had to put my belt tighter lol. Now i weigh about 68 kg, i am 1,93 m. But I am going to eat more good meals because lately I started looking a bit junkish.

I got it pretty intensely in secondary school once. Not sure how to describe it, but I felt odd and detatched from my body, I guess what you'd call deja vu. It quickly passed though.
