I wouldn't mind it so much, except getting a formal job is quite hard around here, and I can't really spend $45 on a fucking test. I need that money so I can vacation in Chicago this month, and I'm not going to waste my hard-earned money (yes, it's hard-earned, from a little thing called "oddjobs" by the way) on a test that I may not even pass due to the constant amount of idiots on the roads here.
