Topic: anyone know what this symbol is?

Image went missingI can take a picture of a better one later, but this is the one my friend just drew.

A tineye search came up with nothing, so I'm stumped.

Nor did Google search.

Looks like an emoticon of a pig. Because it was drawn by your friend, why don't you ask them what it is?

He didn't know. There is another drawing, and its better, but its at the place I'm staying at. I'll be there soon and can upload it then.

:D

I think I know what it is, but first I gotta know, on the right side, is that two dashes or one long dash?

It's a TIE fighter

@previous (Broseph !!fxnDb+Ve4)
Good guess but with the rounded wings it would be a TIE bomber.

A TIE bomber has two "heads" and looks like this.

Some TIE fighters have rounded wings. They're advanced TIE fighters, like the one Darth Vader was in.

I know what a TIE bomber looks like, troll. What you're talking about are TIE Interceptors. It doesn't explain the vertical dashes either way.

TIE interceptors are the one with the pointy wings. The thing in OP's pic most closely resembles an advanced TIE fighter.

You're right though, it doesn't explain the vertical dashes.

You can't tell from a frontal view. A profile or overheard view does affect this but you can't tell based on OP's drawing.

Pic related it's a TIE Interceptor.

Well it has the exact same front view as an advanced TIE fighter.

But you didn't say advanced TIE fighter in your first post which greatly offends me.

Broseph !!fxnDb+Ve4 replied with this 14 years ago, 4 minutes later, 8 hours after the original post[^] [v] #309,894

@previous (C)
But it's OK for you to say it looks like a TIE bomber, then you backpedal and say it's a TIE interceptor, then you basically admit that it looks like both, but you're offended that I didn't specifically say "advanced." If you had just corrected me by saying "I think you mean 'advanced' TIE fighter" the first time, I would have given you kudos.

Edit: Saying "It could also be a TIE interceptor" would have gotten you double kudos.

You're over-analyzing this entirely. I said with rounded wings it would be a TIE fighter, which is much closer to hazarding a guess than saying it's a TIE fighter with it's typical straight wings. Keyword: would.

> I said with rounded wings it would be a TIE figher
Now it is I who is disappointed.

Anyway, analyzed it to death we have, so let's change the subject. What do you think the vertical lines could mean?

where did you see this symbol?

@309,898 (Broseph !!fxnDb+Ve4)
I'm going with my original assumption that it's a pig emoticon and those are hairs/teeth.

My friend saw it in a dream, and drew it in his book of shadows, but didn't know what it was. Apparently its the sun. Here's a better drawing of it on the stomach of a picture of a hot girlgirl

@previous (Dead !Pool7hVoC2)
Why is it on the stomach of a girl?

kook !nH6RAuX8mo replied with this 14 years ago, 7 minutes later, 21 hours after the original post[^] [v] #310,037

is this a rabbit hole?

@310,036 (H)
It was the closest thing for my friend to draw on

@previous (kook !nH6RAuX8mo)
Its probably metaphysical in nature. Why do you ask?

Part of it looks similar to the Zia sun symbol found on the state flag of New Mexico.
