I've bribed mexican police more than once, from DUIs to "smuggling tobacco" all it took is the phrase, "can i pay the fine right now?" and 5 minutes later i was back on my way.
Have you ever tried something similar? I'll admit, i haven't had the balls to try that in america. Something tells me $50 ain't gonna cut it. But i'll definately try this in, like, thailand.

lol - Like I had no choice the 1st tyme in Mexico. Cop with hand held box for stop lights. Took my DMV License - Yes I went to City hall and tried tried to get around the cop asking for $$$$$ - Offered great advice by a Army high ranking dude - Could wait a few days for a meet with the Mayor of the small town. Wood ruin the vacation.
Returned to cop and gave him his asking price for my license back. Did this when working for several companies while on business buttttt it was never called a bribe - Just a cultural necessity. Bribes are again USA laws so we always had a fancy workaround.

We bought cops in Serbia for $5 and if you wanna do it in croatia, you say "I'll pay right now, don't hustle with writing a recieve" lol... it's sad that you can bribe them with thin air basically...
Protip: don't try it in Slovenia.

The few honest cops in Mexico get murdered and the crooked ones thrive. It's a little bit like that in America too.

The only thing you can really do in America is say a family member works for the police. My friend got off a DUI and lots of other tickets, but his dad is really a sheriff. They call and ask too. Otherwise, you're pretty fucked. I've bribed people for small things, but nothing worth mentioning.
