But if you tilt your cup slightly on the side, you can avoid this. Works with any fizzy drink.

Green, how can you not know this? Hold the cup at a 45 degree angle at first. As your cup begins to fill, start tilting the cup straight. I hate when bartenders pour my beer and give me so much head.
