Today I had to pee into a cup... doctor was making sure my kidneys were doing their job, apparently.
Problem is I didn't have to go, but I didn't want to to go home and come back another day. So I bought a 1.5 litre soda and chugged it down. It wasn't long before I could do my thing...

Blood sugar levels will NOT change at all. Of course if this should happen and it does! Then that is a serious problem.
Body metabolizes the sugar if it is working properly - Abuse of sugar over time may stress you system and early onset diabetes may result. Sugar in the blood is what they look for when testing for diabetes.
So bottom line is - chugging will not do any harm and IF it does then you have done yourself a favor with a self test for all systems working or not.

Haha I had to pee in a cup today as well. Although it was just a standard checkup, and I had to pee anyway.

You are fine. You shouldnt have sugar in your urine, unless you are diabetic.

Which only matters if a fasting blood sugar is needed.
