Ruby is... okay. Python is for monkeys. LISP is outdated. HTML5 is not a programming language, it's a markup language.
Javascript is god tier, but not just in browsers. It's very flexible and fast to run, and useful for scripting within other programs or server-side applications.

It's pretty hard to know PHP without knowing HTML5. Same with Javascript, which is just a toned down version of Java.
Also, C++ would be on top of everything else, it's the industry and academic standard. I know it can do most anything PHP can do.
Really, though, this is like comparing apples and oranges. Some languages are good for efficiency and others for ease and security. Most good programmers know several languages and when to use them.
