either way user contributed content doesnt make minichan 100% liable for the contents, if someone uploads cp or something else that is illegal we have time to remove it so (threatening with) spamming cp isnt going to do anything
even if it gets reported to our host, they will give us the chance to remove the offending images or whatever it is
