I must commend you on being able to figure that shit out. I don't post much personal shit on the internet. Not personal details anyways. I never use my real name on much. I don't know how you have connected the dots.

I'm a little bit flabbergasted. And it's honestly one of the things in life that has scared me the most in life. It's not something that I want everyone and anyone to know about as you can imagine.

I could explain the details of all that shit if you wish. It's not nearly as crazy as you probably already think. I understand that you have me by the balls right this second. I would appreciate a little understanding in this matter.

I'll tell you the story man. It's stupid bullshit.

First of all, everything I've posted in that swinger thread is true. I haven't exaggerated shit, it's all stories from my real life. I should note to you before I tell you this story, but I've fucked well over 200 girls in my life.

When I was 21 I fucked a 17 year old girl. That's not illegal. Age of consent in Michigan is 16. She was one of three girls I fucked that week.

After we fucked, this girl got ridiculously clingy. She was calling me asking about going bowling and to the movies and stupid shit. I declined her offers. She got upset because she thought that because we had sex that it made us boyfriend and girlfriend or something. She lost her shit.

Around the same time this girl's dad's jeep got broken into and a bunch of cd's were stolen. For whatever reason they picked me to blame for this bullshit. I've never been a thief in my life. Anyways, a lot of drama ensued in our little apartment complex.

So I stopped talking to this chick. A month later I got a letter from the local detective asking me to come in for an investigation about a CSC 3rd degree charge. What I figure is at some point this chick told her dad that we had sex, and her dad cohersed her into telling him that I forced myself on her. This is just conjecture for sure, I'll never know what really happened.

But she told the cops that I forced myself on her. I remember watching her testify in court saying "I kept telling him to stop and telling him no. He wouldn't stop." I couldn't believe it. I've never played that game. I've never been the dude that cons a girl into having sex. Look at the swinger thread... I have fucking no troubles getting laid. But she sat there in court and lied through her teeth.

Anyways, I hired an attorney right away. One of my friend's dads, a part time magistrate. Badass lawyer. I gave him 500 bucks on the spot and paid him like 70 percent of every paycheck I got for the next seven months.

About 6 weeks out from my trial date on this charge my friend's dad was picking up walnuts in his front yard and had a massive heart attack and died on the spot. Shit was crazy. I wish I was making this story up.

Now, I was stuck without an attorney and had no money to get another one. I got stuck with a public defender. This dude wasn't going to work for me. I realized that right off the bat. Guy didn't return phone calls, hardly listened to anything I said.

At this point, I made one of the dumbest decisions I've ever made in my entire life. The night before my trial was supposed to begin this lawyer calls me and tells me that the prosecutors have offered me a deal. They'd drop it from 3rd to 4th degree going from a felony to a misdemeanor. And that instead of facing 1 to 5 years in prison, I'd simply get 90 days in jail. But I'd be on the list.

At this time, my son's mom was pregnant. I stayed awake all night that night. My child was a fuck of a lot more important to me than any list or anything else. I was like looking down the barrel of a gun. I figured that if I did 90 days in jail, that I'd be out before my kid was born. If I lost the case I'd miss the first 5 years of my child's life. Rock and a hard place man. I took the plea.

Taking that plea was the dumbest thing I've ever done in my life. I had no idea how that would effect my life. It has basically terrorized my life. I've been turned down for countless jobs, I lost friends, I have family that won't talk to me now. Not to mention crazy shit with child protective services and all sorts of other shit I could spend hours telling you about. It was the dumbest thing I've ever done in my life, pleading to those charges.

What I realize now is that even with the public defender I should have fought the charges. Prosecutors never drop CSC charges down. If anything they try to dole out the worst that they can. The fact that they dropped it from 3rd to 4th meant they didn't have a good case and they didn't believe her or something. But these fuckers don't want trials. Trials take time. They want to clear dockets and plead everyone out. I wish I knew then what I know now about the criminal justice system. I was young and stupid. And quite poor. Justice is for the rich.

Now, I've sat and thought about the night I had sex with that girl. Over and over and over again in my head. I have picked over every single detail of that night wondering if I really did something wrong to that girl or not. I know deep down that I didn't. I treated her well. I wasn't a dickhead to her, I was gentle with her even. Shit I even wore a condom. How many "rapists" use a condom?

I know I didn't do anything wrong, and the whole incident has haunted me for the last six years. It still haunts me to this day. It's been like a black cloud over my life ever since. I seriously couldn't come close to explaining the pure anguish that shit has caused me.

The shit literally crippled my life for years. Too depressed to even really try at life. It still effects me now. For example, I'm a stand up comedian. And a half ass decent one at that. But what would happen if I start to get a little fame? Any dumbass could find me on that list, then next thing I know I'm the most popular sex offender in the country. I love doing stand up man. It's provided me with some of the best memories in my entire life. How can I pursue it though? I'll probably always be an open mic'er because of this shit. I'll never aspire to be more because of how scared I am of being outed as a sex offender.

I've been wondering if there was any way that I could get ahold of this chick and find out if she would rescind her story and get these charges off my record. I've always wanted to just talk to her and find out how she really felt about all this shit. Did she really feel like I forced myself on her? If so, it's a real tragedy and I would love nothing more than to apologize to that girl. Maybe help her heal some wound or something. Maybe she's been living life with a broken wing telling every guy she meets that she was raped when she was 17. Like I said though... I know I didn't do anything wrong, I just fucked with the wrong girl at the wrong time.

I'm not a bad dude, and I treat everyone in my life well. I don't fuck people over, and I'm not a dickhead to people. With chicks, I give them good dick and treat them with nothing but respect. Read the swinger thread... you'll see nothing that indicates that I'm pompous or disrespectful to the girls I fuck. I never have been that way.

I dunno man. I appreciate you taking that post down. I would seriously like to know how you connected those dots. I'd like to try to unconnect those dots if I can. I've been careful to not connect my real name to much. The only thing that had my real name on it was my gmail account, I'm assuming that's how you found out my name. Please do let me know how you figured that shit out man.

I understand that you can do whatever you want with the information you have now. You could seriously internet fuck me pretty hard, and it would seriously carry over to my real life. The implications would be insane. You could easily cause a lot of bullshit in my life. Shit I've seen some E-assassinations. I remember one where people were going to this guys house and harassing him all the time.

I've got a kid man. And I have full custody of him. His mom is an alcoholic and is sitting in the county jail right now. If you so chose to e-fuck me, a lot of terrible shit could happen. I could lose my job, and all sorts of shit. And essentially, it would trickle down to screwing with my ability to take care of my boy.

Anyways, I appreciate you taking down that post. Hold it over my head if you want. If you ever see me being a dick on the board or something crazy post all this shit and fuck me over if you want. But I'm not a bad dude, and I would appreciate it if you understood that the lulz wouldn't be worth what would actually come from it.

I read it. Here's the short version.

Guy fucks girl. Girl gets clingy. They break up. Girl then presses false rape charges. Guy takes plea offer and becomes a registered sex offender.

Even though he seems like the kind of guy I'd hate (someone who brags about banging women on an internet forum), he does seem to be genuinely upset and it's hard not to feel pity for him. I don't know what I'd do if I were in your shoes.
