I am very much a night person, but i prefer to play. I am a late morning into the evening worker. I've never been able to comfortably maintain a normal waking schedule. I can hardly ever go to sleep before 2-3. I tried for several weeks to sleep 11pm to 7 and forced myself up at 7 regardless of how tired i was. It was horrible. I ended up with bad insomnia and had to go back to waking up around 9:30.
Luckily i was just trying to "better" myself and my job didn't require it of me or anything.
