If any country deserves our money, it's Israel. I mean, we're like they're mom. also they've always been good to us.

But the Palestinians. I'd rather not pay so some empowered jackasses can have their petty ethnic tribalism.

It's fucking bullshit and you can thank the self-righteous religious right for it. No tax dollars should ever leave the United States in such a manner. It doesn't matter how rich we are, or how in need other countries are, our government is not a charity and all tax dollars should go towards the people who are taxed. Sorry if that sounds cold-hearted, but it's not fair that we're expected to police the world and support other countries like they're estranged wives and bastard children.

Taxes shouldn't exist for this very reason. No taxes, no problems with unfair distribution. Simple as shit really.

You mean things individuals wouldn't choose to voluntarily pay for in free and open markets, don't you?

This 'theory' you hear is a bunch of bullshit. Government likes you to believe this because it convinces you that their stealing of your money is necessary and justified. It is not. Stop being gullible and stupid please.

That idea that either philosoply is better than the other is an appeal to probability. The government is just a collection of people we elect to be leaders.
