After reading this thread, I got to thinking: if an innocent guy is sent to prison where he's constantly assfucked by Bubba for more than two years, does he have a right to be angry, or is he just some butthurt faggot whining for attention? Just to make it more interesting, imagine we're talking about someone you don't like; Truth, DM, MM, Balfomoar etc. for the sake of argument, assume he's sent to prison for a crime he absolutely didn't commit, then is found innocent after 24 months of cruel and unusual.

In addition, the prosecutors should be required to spend an equal amount of time in the same prison. If that were was written into the law, I guarantee that wrongful imprisonment rates would drop by 90 percent. Under those circumstances, they wouldn't dare proceed with a prosecution unless they could prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the accused was guilty.

No excuse, man. They deliberately convince a jury that an innocent person is guilty. As the defendant didn't commit the crime, all of the evidence they present against him is ultimately false. Their allegations destroy a man's life and result in years of torture at the hands of inmates (and possibly even the guards), and yet they are not even required to apologize to their victim.
As a matter of fact, under the law, they could laugh in his face and say "yeah, we fucked you up, but because we acted in good faith, we will NEVER be held personally responsible for what happened to you. Go ahead, sue the state, we don't care, because you can't fucking touch us, you fucking loser. Now STFU and GTFO before we have you thrown back in prison for disturbing the peace."

No, the prosecution present the facts, and it's up to the jury to make the conclusions based on those facts. If the prosection is found to be falsifying facts, I'm sure they are liable.
