How did you do it? I'm a day in, and I can't take much more. I can't have just coffee in the morning, I need coffee and cigarettes.

It will help if you do this. Go to the net and pull up photos of inside of Lungs of smokers. Print them out and put on top of a carton of cancer sticks.
Today I passed a guy smoking a pipe. I miss smoking my pipe and I have $1000's of dollars invested in them. IF one day a doctor tells me I have one year to live because of some cancer or whatever - Bringing out my pipes and going for tobacco. I miss the relaxation - However I currently have a gal friend - GREAT Looking Chick and she is 100% in Stage 4 cancer with no possible way to save her life- and of course a smoker of 30 years. I know women who have lost breasts do to cancer that resulted from smoking.
