Got one in my palm. I was sharpening this green coloured pencil in 4th grade, and I took it out and the lead was gone. So I looked down at my hand, and there was green in it.

In middle school a piece of graphite was stuck on my eyeball for a few minutes. I was writing with a mechanical pencil and the tip broke and flew onto my eyeball. It was a pain in the ass to get out and it left a little graphite trail wherever it floated.
