You still need to give us some spacial awareness. Like what different areas you need for different content .etc, otherwise someone goes and makes a 2 column fixed layout and finds out you need 3 or the menu area is to small .etc
Just a rough box drawing of your idea or you will find the layout does not match the content delivery.
