Then go on some place like deviantart and search for themes. Many are just a drag-and-drop operation to work, but some require extra files to be overwritten, like those with new start buttons or extra complex changes, so always make backups when it needs that.

Some Indian guy writes customization utilities that make things easier, like the start button changer thing.
You probably still have to do some CMD work to get themes to work properly though...
