I'm more than prepared for a real-world version. I grab my sister and use her as a club.
I don't think I know of any. Someone mentioned a Wasteland mod but I don't think that's 1.2 ready.

Nah, my zombie grinder's not as advanced as the one from the old Minichan base.
It's basically me standing in front of a spawner mowing them down with a diamond sword because I don't have the resources or the willpower to make anything else.
