My job requires a "tidy business" dress code, which generally means a shirt and trousers. After 5pm it's a lot more casual and jeans/tshirt are fine.

My clothes are choosen by a higher force I have no controll over, it all depends on how they come out of the washing machine, that determinates in what order I iron them and put in my closet. It's all random, determinated by a mysterious force that controls the universe, once they are in the closet I just pick what's on top of each pile (pants, shirt ... ) and wear that.

Sure there were situations where even I suited up (mostly "greymailing" where just my presence needed to make a statement, but it was more like black suit, blood red button-up + blood red tie rather than black/blue/white corporate style) but those are just mental games... work related I dress to feel comfortable and that doesn't include a suit... if that doesn't score me a job than I'm fine with it, I'd rather not have it than be doomed to a suit every day... so far I've done well without one...

You know, there are ways to look fashion-forward in a suit without looking like a frat-boy or 15-year-old at his first homecoming... I don't know if you can even get a red dress shirt anywhere other than Wal-mart.

@previous (J)next time you take a pic to show off try having some light lol. i explained that's how I dress when appropriate e.g. youth/young adult social events. vans + snapbacks are worn by celebrities and performing artists. children wear them to emulate those people. i would never wear these if i wanted to look "good", eg at uni or at work or politics group etc.

Lol... if you read my post, this suit combo had a purpose, it had to talk instead of me.
Not job interview related, not picking up girls relevant, not going to church etc. if it wasn't for that special occasion I wouldn't wear it... but I've dealth with dinosaurs from at 19th century (the one you suit guys are stuck in) and I had no other angle to approach the situation from.
