The blue pill is just a placebo and you wake up normally. So taking both is just like taking the red pill alone.

Protip: The Pill does virtually nothing beyond a slight alteration of your code that makes stand out from all the other noise in the Matrix.
The real work is done by the operators who simulate a near-death experience in order for you to be unplugged and ejected from the physical part of the Matrix.
