Probably because chan_managerobject.Boards is null. That's just a guess though.

No idea. Googling around, it seems to have been a problem for some people since FF4.0 came out. What version are you running?

I'm getting the same error. It appears to be some issue with populating the hidden board list in chan_conf_Load() when 4chanConfig.js is run.
