Windows Mail is simply a program that allows you to read and send email. You'll need an existing email account to use it. Go to Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, or wherever and set one up. Once you've done that, follow the instructions at this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Windows-Mail-setting-up-an-account-from-start-to-finish
