Furries want them to look creepy. That's the thing. If it's not sorta disturbing in a way you can't describe, it's not a proper fursuit.

Many (most) people find them a little offputting. It's a very uncommon interest that's for sure.
If they're not super well made like those are, I can't get myself to like them even a little bit, but if they ARE I fucking love them.
