I don't have a problem with this.
The main reason everyone wanted IE6 to die was that it was really, really shit.

But webkit is doing worse than IE6 did.
Since most of the -webkit-* shit is also implemented in other engines/browsers, it's just being devs lazy to add few more lines to make it work in Opera etc.
So if your not browsing on your android/iphone or Crhome/Safari, your experience is crippled, even tho it could be easily implemented.
