Topic: The stereotypical idiotic redneck from my school

I always thought people who believed in really crazy things were just myths. I'd met some weirdos and religious nuts, but I never thought I'd meet one of the real, stereotypical idiots who seem rare. Today, I was shown that they most certainly exist.
I have discovered that a person in one of my classes believes in:
Unicorns (knows people who have seen them, seen one himself)
Chupacabras (Saw a video of one!) Power Balance
And a literal bible, to top it off.
Evolution got mentioned in passing, and he started screaming, "We didn't come from no Monkeys!" I sat him down and explained no one said we did, and he got in my face and said, "read the bible, it says how it happened!" I told him that was nice, but my point stood. He ignored me and kept saying the monkey thing over and over.
He pretends to be a thug and, as a nice addition, he's also got a short temper and thus acts like a small child throwing a tantrum when he gets angry. He wanted to beat me up over pointing out something stupid he said. I asked what jesus would do, and he told me to not bring that up. Christian when it's convenient like woah.
I apologise for my rant. It's not often I'm around this kind of riff-raff and I do not like it.
