Also what makes you think it's Kimmo, OP? Some of Kimmo's rants are posted by this 'Sysop', but that doesn't mean it's him.

He doesn't look like Kimmo; too many spelling and grammatical errors, and different textspeech altogether.

Probably not Kimmo. It's not hosted by PRQ, it's hosted http://whois.domaintools.com/84.45.57.227 (http://www.webwiz.co.uk/). He also hates those kind of forum layouts, which is why he made his own, right?
